1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions govern your use of wg8 and all associated services, including the website at www-wg8.net and the wg8 mobile app. By registering, logging in, or placing a bet, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms. wg8 reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

2. Eligibility

To use wg8, you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age.
• Be accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gaming is permitted under your local laws.
• Not be on any self-exclusion or cooling-off list maintained by wg8.
• Hold a valid bank account or mobile financial service account (such as bKash, Nagad, or Rocket) in your own name.

wg8 does not accept players who are employed by the company, its affiliates, or any of its game providers. Immediate family members of such employees are also ineligible.

3. Account Registration

Each player may hold only one account. Creating multiple accounts ("multi-accounting") is a serious breach of these terms and may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of any balance.

Accurate Information

You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration. wg8 may ask you to verify your identity at any time. Accepted documents include a National ID Card (NID), Passport, or Driving Licence. Identity review typically takes up to 2 hours. KYC verification is required before your first withdrawal.

Account Security

You are solely responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, contact support at [email protected] immediately. wg8 is not liable for losses resulting from your failure to secure your account.

4. Deposits and Payments

The minimum deposit at wg8 is ৳300. Deposits are processed via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Bank Transfer. Funds typically appear in your account within 3 minutes of a confirmed transaction. wg8 does not charge a fee on standard deposits, but your payment provider may apply its own charges.

Depositing funds solely to withdraw them without genuine gameplay is prohibited. wg8 may withhold funds where it suspects this activity.

5. Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal is ৳500. The maximum single-day withdrawal is ৳100,000. Withdrawal requests are processed within 15 minutes for verified accounts. Your first withdrawal may take up to 1 hour while initial verification is completed.

All withdrawals are paid to the same payment method used for your deposit unless you have submitted a valid change request. wg8 may request additional documentation before processing large withdrawals.

6. Bonuses and Promotions

wg8 offers a welcome bonus of 200% on your first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳15,000. All bonus funds are subject to a 10× wagering requirement before withdrawal. Bonuses must be used within 7 days of being credited or they expire.

General Bonus Rules

• One welcome bonus per household, device, or IP address.
• Reload bonuses are credited at 15% on qualifying deposits.
• Daily cashback is calculated at 1.5% of net losses and is credited automatically at the start of the following day.
• Referring a friend earns you ৳100 once the referred player makes their first qualifying deposit.
• wg8 reserves the right to modify, pause, or withdraw any promotion at any time.
• Bonuses cannot be transferred between accounts.

Attempting to exploit bonus terms through coordinated play, arbitrage, or collusion will result in bonus cancellation and may trigger account suspension.

7. Gameplay Rules

All games on wg8 are supplied by licensed providers including Pragmatic Play, Red Tiger, Habanero, JILI, and CQ9. Each game has its own rules and published RTP. In the event of a disconnection or technical fault during a game round, wg8's server logs are the definitive record of the outcome.

wg8 accepts no responsibility for any bets placed in error. Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled. If a game round is voided due to a verified technical error, stakes are returned in full.

8. Prohibited Activities

The following are strictly prohibited on wg8:

• Using automated software, bots, or scripts to interact with games or the platform.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage.
• Depositing funds derived from illegal activity (money laundering).
• Attempting to reverse-engineer or interfere with the platform.
• Accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gaming is prohibited.
• Providing false identity information or impersonating another person.

Breach of any of the above may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and reporting to relevant authorities.

9. Responsible Gaming

10. Privacy and Data

wg8 collects and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy. Data is used to operate your account, comply with legal obligations, and improve the service. wg8 does not sell personal data to third parties. You have the right to request a copy of your data or ask for it to be deleted, subject to legal retention requirements.

11. Limitation of Liability

wg8 is provided on an "as is" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, wg8 excludes all warranties, representations, and conditions. wg8's total liability to any player for any single claim shall not exceed the net deposits made by that player in the 30 days preceding the claim. wg8 is not liable for losses arising from internet outages, device failures, or circumstances beyond its reasonable control.

12. Changes to Terms

wg8 may revise these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, registered players will be notified by email at least 7 days before the changes take effect. Continued use of wg8 after that date constitutes acceptance. If you disagree with the revised terms, you must close your account before the changes take effect.
